Protecting God’s Children Certification

If you intend on working with minors through either Mary Immaculate Parish or the Newman Center, you need to have completed a Protecting God’s Children online workshop.  Register online at www.virtusonline.org.  Scroll to Jefferson City Diocese, and Mary Immaculate Parish.

If you already have had this training, please contact Lynn Carter ([email protected]) with the name of your diocese, parish & approximate date of your workshop, and she can facilitate having your compliance registered in our diocese as well.  You can also provide a copy of the attendance certificate you may have received at the workshop you attended.

The session may have been called a Safe Environment or VIRTUS session if you don’t recognize the name “Protecting God’s Children.” Thank you for being involved in our local community!
