Hometown:
St. Louis City
Favorite Newman Memory:
I should probably say meeting my wife…but really it was the night that table soccer was accidentally invented…but I guess meeting Jen is a close second…or third.
Describe your Newman experience in five words:
Lord Gaga haunts my dreams.
(Is that too generation specific? I have a back up. 🎵 We didn’t start the fire 🎶)
I can’t believe that I ___________ at Newman.
I can’t believe that I made out (see above mention of wife, Jen) (Jen didn’t want me to say that) at Newman.
What are you up to now?
I am a retreat director with the REAP team, an outreach of the Catholic Youth Apostolate of the Archdiocese of St. Louis.
In ten years, I hope to be…
Filthy rich, but since that isn’t likely I’ll settle for happily continuing the mission of the REAP team and continuing to grow our family.
How does your experience at Newman impact your life today?
See above mention of wife… on a more serious note Fr. Bill’s wisdom has had a great deal of impact on how I approach relationships and ministry.
What advice would you give to current Truman students?
Sometimes a nap is more important than studying, but sometimes it isn’t.
