Grow in faith, find counsel and friendship, and build your interior life through spiritual direction.

Spiritual direction and mentorship can serve as a foundation for deep spiritual growth.

Investing in your spiritual life through spiritual direction can provide comfort, counsel and growth. At the Newman Center, our director and chaplain are trained to provide spiritual direction that is rooted in Catholic teaching and personable. One-on-one meetings with a spiritual director can help you set goals for your prayer life, personal study or doctrinal understanding of the Church.

If you feel like you are struggling in your faith, comfortable but not thriving, or deeply moved and searching for more – spiritual direction can meet you where you’re at to help navigate a clear path to a deeper relationship with Christ.

Vocational discernment opportunities help young adults understand pathways to a holy life.

Our Newman Center also offers vocational discernment. If you’re idly curious about religious life, would like to know more about the process of discernment or are feeling a deep call from God to commit your life to Christ through a religious vocation, we’re here to help. We’ll meet you where you’re at, provide insight and resources to help you discern, and guide and connect you to others that may have great insight into religious life and the steps of healthy discernment.

Consider contacting us about vocational discernment, even if you’re just curious about the process.
